The fragrance was named after a small Turkish village, Halfeti, where charming Halfeti black roses bloom on the coasts of the Euphrates River. “These dark and mysterious roses are very rare and are the result of unique ecological conditions in which they are grown.”
Halfeti perfume dupe is an extremely rich woody-floral fragrance. The perfume opens with a rich union of citruses, herbs, and spices while blending bergamot and grapefruit with saffron, cardamom, artemisia, and cypress needles. The heart develops floral notes of jasmine and Bulgarian rose combined with shades of nutmeg, while the base introduces warm aromas of precious oud, cedar, sandalwood, amber, musk, Tonka and vanilla.
A uniquely sophisticated unisex scent for lovers of woody goodness. The opening notes are strong – it’s like smelling a box used to store an expensive scotch whisky. But give it 15 minutes and this perfume transforms into something else. It’s a fragrance that requires a quiet yet observant individual to wear it. Warm spices, woods, and a hint of rose… Smokey polished woods. with one or two rose petals scattered around.

It garners so many unsolicited compliments, things like “Excuse me, but I just have to know what fragrance you have on”. Possibly our best oud fragrance. As a dude – albeit, nonetheless, one with epicene tendencies – the floral rose hit, while very nice, was at first whiff a bit too feminine. After a few moments though, the bass drops and it goes low, low, low. And it’s divine: like antique, polished mahogany with leather. The dark bottom notes contrast and ultimately cohere with the floral elements and the result is one the best I’ve tried from Eden so far. Voluptuous, moreish, decadent, delicious. Hardly an everyday mind you. I’d wear this to the opera.

Smells close to the real thing for sure – I would recommend you sample with this before buying the real thing, or, just buy this. It’s actually pretty close and in my opinion, lasts longer than the real version.
