DELIVERY INFORMATION

Presently we are able to deliver to the following destinations.

USA, Canada, Italy, France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech, Denmark, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Lithuania, Newzealand, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Romania, Hungary, Kuwait, Norway, Japan, Greece, Serbia, Qatar, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Kenya, Channel Island, Brazil, Malaysia, Korea, Croatia, Cayman Islands, Australia, Israel.

All orders placed before 1 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day. All other orders will be dispatched the next working day.

*For UK next day delivery orders placed before 1 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday and orders placed at the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

For Royal Mail UK deliveries your order should arrive within 2 – 3 working days, although we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before contacting customer services via our contact form.

We are sorry but we are unable to accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.

Failed delivery

If you entered details incorrectly or failed to receive the parcel and the item is returned you will be charged £5.00 for extra delivery costs.

Returns / changed your mind? – 14-day money back guarantee

If you return an item due to a mistake and want to exchange it for another item, you will be charged £5.00 for the extra delivery costs.

We are very confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but we also realise that purchasing fragrance from a website, without having tried it first, can be quite a gamble. Therefore, if your purchase arrives and it’s not quite what you were looking for, you can return any item for a full refund or exchange within 14 days.

Simply email us at sales@edenperfumes.co.uk with ‘I’ve changed my mind’ in the subject line.

Please include your order number in the email. Once you have emailed us, send back the item to the address below within 14 days of having received your order. The cost of returning the product to us will not be refunded. Please mark your order number clearly on the back of the package that you send back to us.

Faulty Goods

All Eden Perfumes products go through a rigorous quality checking process as part of the service we offer to you. Therefore it’s very unlikely you will receive faulty goods from us, but in the unlikely event that this happens we will be happy to refund or exchange the product as you see fit, once the fault has been verified. The cost of returning the product by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery will be refunded. Simply contact us as soon as you notice the fault using our contact form with ‘Faulty’ in the subject line and include details about the fault. Please include your order number in the email. Once you have emailed us, send back the item to the address below. Please mark your order number clearly on the back of the package that you send back to us.

Signatures are recommended when returning goods

You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please ensure you obtain proof of postage. In the unlikely event of a lost parcel you will be responsible for claiming from your delivery company – so we recommend sending the parcel using a recorded service.

Refunds

Once your item has been returned and we find everything is as expected (whether the item is faulty or sent back to us as part of the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee) we will credit the full purchase price back to the card you used to make the purchase. If the item is faulty, we will also credit the cost of returning the product to us by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery.

If an item has been sent back as faulty/damaged/incorrect we will check it thoroughly and refund back the postal money you have incurred by sending it back to us, including offering a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you the buyer. However if the item was found to be not faulty/damaged/incorrect, or you have changed your mind will not cover the cost of sending it back to us. In certain circumstances, a small fee may be charged of an amount sufficient to cover actual losses that directly result from your cancellation, if a service has been provided or we’ve sourced your item for you.

International orders, from outside the UK returns policy.

Dear customer, please be advised that perfumes are flammable, and some couriers would not accept shipping them. Meaning that if you are unsatisfied with your order it may be difficult sending it back to us if you are sending it from outside the UK. Please note that we can only refund money back into your account when the items have been returned. If you cannot return them back due to restrictions in your country on shipping perfumes we can not advise you how to send the items back to us and we will not be able to process a refund.

EU orders Some Eu destinations will still require custom clearance after receiving your parcel. They might send you an invoice a few weeks after, demanding a custom payment. Don’t panic simply email us the invoice we will refund the amount of the custom invoice back into your account to help you pay your bill. However if you have used any promotional codes when placing your order, the discounted amount you have saved upon checkout will be deducted of the total refund we will reimburse you. For e.g. if you have saved £15 placing your order using a discount code and you have received a bill from customs worth £50 we would only be able to refund back £35 back into your account to help you paying the custom Tax.

Returns Policy

Please check deliveries as soon as it arrives as any problems need to be reported within 72 hours of the item being received. All items can be returned at the customer’s cost within 14 days of the delivery date. Shipping costs are not refunded. Orders returned after this date or in a different condition to how the item was sent are subject to restocking fees.

All international orders that have successfully been returned to us for a refund are entitled for a full refund however any Delivery charges and custom duties we have incurred sending it to you will be deducted from the Total spent and the remaining amount will be refunded.
