Where do we deliver to?

Presently, we can deliver to the following destinations:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States.

EU Orders

Some EU destinations will still require customs clearance after receiving your parcel. They might send you an invoice a few weeks later, demanding a customs payment. Don’t panic; simply email us the invoice, and we will refund the amount of the customs invoice back into your account to help you pay your bill. However, if you have used any promotional codes when placing your order, the discounted amount you saved upon checkout will be deducted from the total refund we reimburse you. For example, if you saved £15 using a discount code and received a bill from customs worth £50, we would only be able to refund £35 into your account to help you pay the customs tax.

International Orders – Returns

All international orders that have been successfully returned to us for a refund are entitled to a full refund; however, any delivery charges and customs duties we have incurred sending it to you will be deducted from the total spent, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Dear customer, please be advised that perfumes are flammable, and some couriers will not accept shipping them. This means that if you are unsatisfied with your order, it may be difficult to send it back to us if you are outside the UK. Please note that we can only refund money back into your account when the items have been returned. If you cannot return them due to restrictions in your country on shipping perfumes, we cannot advise you on how to send the items back to us, and we will not be able to process a refund.
