‘Interesting’ is the first word that comes to mind when describing this fragrance. Grassy notes in the opening are very vivid, thus intriguing. It cools down to a composition of powdery purple flowers led by hyacinth. Hyacinth strikes strongly here with its spiciness and freshness and gives the fragrance an old-fashioned feel. After about 2 hours the flowers are tackled by sandalwood, and this is when the fragrance starts to come into its own. It’s one of those perfumes where you have to be a little bit patient before it reveals its true beauty. If you like hyacinth, this would be a great fragrance for you.
