Delivery

Dispatch times

All orders placed before 1 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day. All other orders will be dispatched the next working day.

For UK next-day delivery, orders placed before 1 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday and orders placed at the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

Standard Delivery

At just £2.99, our Standard Delivery service gives customers quick and efficient delivery that doesn’t break the bank – and if you’re spending over £40.00, delivery is FREE!

  • Standard Delivery is £2.99
  • Delivery is within 3-5 working days of your order being placed.
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
  • Remember: delivery times may vary depending on our processing times.

UK First Class Delivery

For just £5, you can get your order delivered within 2-3 working days! Place an order before specific cut-off times (Monday-Sunday) to receive it within this time.

  • First Class delivery is £5.00
  • Delivery is within 2-3 working days of your order being placed.
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
  • Remember: delivery times may vary depending on our processing times.

Special Delivery

Our Special Delivery service makes it easier than ever to be home in time to get your parcel!

  • Evening Next Day Delivery costs just £7.50.
  • Place your order before 1 pm (Monday-Sunday) to receive it the following day before 1 pm.
  • Delivery is excluded on Christmas Day.
  • Remember: delivery times may vary depending on our processing times.

Where is my order?

Track your order

All UK delivery options are fully tracked and we’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left the warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order has been delivered or is ready for pick-up.

Just input your tracking number into the Royal Mail tracking service to receive up-to-date tracking information.

If the status of your order is showing as ‘It’s Shipped’, it means that we’re busy getting your order together ready to be sent out. During busy times, this status may show on your order for longer than usual – don’t worry though, this shouldn’t affect your estimated delivery date.

If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, there may be a delay with the update of your tracking – don’t worry, it’ll update soon. Please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered.

Check the estimated delivery date

You’ll find this date in your Order Confirmation email or by checking ‘My Orders’.

Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date.

I’m still waiting for my order

Has your estimated delivery date already passed? Please give us a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times!)

If your order doesn’t arrive, please get in touch with our Customer Care team within 30 days of your estimated delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help you.

For Royal Mail UK deliveries, your order should arrive within 3-5 working days, although we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before contacting customer services via our contact form.

What happens on the day of delivery?

Please follow the tracking for your order to know exactly when to expect it. You’ll be sent email updates with all the changes.

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. If this isn’t possible, Royal Mail will usually try to deliver more than once or leave a calling card confirming whether they’ve left it with a neighbour or in a safe place. If it wasn’t delivered, the calling card will tell you how to collect the order or reschedule the delivery.

Depending on your delivery method, you may be presented with some additional in-transit delivery options. These may include delivery to a neighbour, delivery to a safe place, or a collection from a specified location. You can check and arrange for the available alternative delivery options using the link in the delivery update email you’ll receive from our delivery partner, or using the tracking number and the delivery partner’s website or app.

What if I'm not home for my delivery?

If you’re not home when Royal Mail tries to deliver, they will leave a “something for you” card and you will be able to collect from your local Royal Mail collection point or arrange a redelivery.

What happens if I haven't received my order?

We endeavor to process all orders as soon as possible so that you can be spraying a little happiness soon. If you haven’t yet received your order, it is most likely to be in the middle of one of the steps outlined below. The order process is as follows:

  • Generally, if an order passes all security checks then your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, with most orders being dispatched the same day.
  • From dispatch, orders sent by Hermes will typically take 3-5 days to be delivered but can take up to 5 days to arrive.

With all delivery options, we ask our customers to bear in mind that there is no Saturday delivery service and orders sent on a Friday will arrive on a Monday. There is also no delivery service for bank holidays.

My order is showing as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your order is showing as delivered and you can’t locate it, firstly check with your neighbors, anyone else in your household, and any safe places it could have been left. If you track your parcel using the tracking number in the shipping email, you should be able to see if the parcel was left in a safe place or with a neighbor. If you still can’t locate it, get in touch with Customer Services via email and someone will investigate further.

We’ll also ask you to initiate a complaint with Royal Mail regarding the package. Once you have made the complaint/inquiry, Royal Mail will provide you with a reference number. We will kindly request that you share this with us, and we will expedite the process to send you a replacement for your order.

Why has my order been returned to Eden Perfumes?

We’re sorry your order hasn’t made it to you. Please allow up to 10 calendar days for it to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed – we’ll send you an email once that’s done. Please note that if you have entered details incorrectly or failed to receive the parcel and the item is returned you will be charged £2.99 for extra delivery costs.

Can I change my delivery address?

If the order has not been shipped, we can update the address if necessary. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to do so. Please take care when inputting your address to minimize any delivery issues.
