Delivery and Returns – DELIVERY INFORMATION
Presently we can deliver to the following destinations.

EU Orders
Some EU destinations may require customs clearance. If you receive a customs invoice, email it to us, and we will refund the amount, minus any promotional discounts you used at checkout.
Delivery
Orders placed before 1 pm Monday – Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
UK Next Day Delivery:
- Orders placed before 1 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday or during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Royal Mail UK deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 working days, but please allow up to 14 days before contacting customer services via our contact form. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays.
Why has my order been returned to Eden Perfumes?
If your order is returned to us, it may take up to 10 calendar days to process. We will notify you via email once processed. Please ensure your address is correct to avoid a £2.99 charge for redelivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
We can update your address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please double-check your address to minimize delivery issues.
My order is showing as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors, household members, and any safe places. Track your parcel using the tracking number provided in the shipping email. If you still can’t locate it, contact Customer Services via email. You may need to file a complaint with Royal Mail and provide us with the reference number to expedite a replacement.
Returns Policy
We offer free returns for items in their original condition. Check your delivery upon arrival and report any issues within 72 hours. Returns must be made within 28 days of delivery. Use the provided Returns note and send items to:

Return Process:
– Online purchases must be returned via our online process.
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
– We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Exchange Policy:
In the event of a fault with the order, we ask customers to report any problems within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Please note that customers have 28 days from the date of delivery to return all items for an exchange; this comes with an exchange fee of £2.99.
Customers are expressly responsible for the return of items and the associated postage costs.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. For delays due to extenuating circumstances, contact us; refunds in such cases are at our discretion.
In-Store Returns:
Products purchased in-store can only be returned in-store within 28 days with proof of purchase.
For Online Orders:
Check the product information section for return eligibility. Contact us at sales@edenperfumes.co.uk for exchanges or refunds, and return items within 28 days using tracked delivery.
Sample Box Policy:
– Customizable Sample Boxes are non-refundable.
– Exchanges are allowed within 28 days, with a £3.99 fee.
– Samples must be in original condition and packaging.
International Orders – Returns:
Returned international orders are eligible for a full refund minus delivery charges and customs duties. Due to shipping restrictions on flammable items, some international returns may not be possible.
Faulty Goods:
If you receive a faulty product, contact us with ‘Faulty’ in the subject line and include details of the fault and your order number. We will refund or exchange the product upon verification of the fault and refund the cost of returning the product by Royal Mail second-class recorded delivery.
